In our industry no body knows what is quality service, I had very bad experience with two of the top internet service provider for DSL connection. Gerry’s gave me hard time to terminate the DSL service and Cybernet doesn’t know how to provide customer service. When it come to charge customer no body hesitates but when to provide customer care no body knows what it is.
Lets hope this improves with time.
